Refund and Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Titi, we are happy to accept returns or exchange for items that have not been used, worn, altered or washed. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, and all attached tags within 14 days of purchase. 

Exceptions:

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

 

• Items on sale.
• Customized items.
• Swimwear.
• Underwear.
• Titi Gift Cards.
• Delivery fees. 
  

Kindly note that a pick-up fee of 2 KD will apply.
